ProductiveMinds LLC ("we," "us," or "Trifectly") operates the website www.trifectly.com and the web application at picks.trifectly.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, first name, and last name from Google.

Payment Information. When you purchase credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe provides us with a transaction identifier and billing details necessary to fulfill your purchase.

Usage Data. We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and interactions with racecards and picks. We use Google Analytics and Pendo for this purpose.

Device Information. We may collect device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address when you access the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including delivering racecards, picks, and analysis
• To process transactions and manage your credit balance
• To send you transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account updates)

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. Authentication is managed through AWS Cognito with secure password hashing.

We use cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and collect analytics data. Third-party services (Google Analytics, Pendo) may set their own cookies.

7. Children's Privacy
